Hyaluronic Acid Fillers
The use of hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers can eliminate wrinkles, plump and hydrate lips, replace soft-tissue volume loss, raise scar depressions, and volumize creases and folds of the face. The results of dermal fillers are visible almost immediately after treatment, though full settling may take up to 2 weeks. Depending on the type of filler used and the treatment area, results can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months. Because everyone’s needs are different, and with such a wide variety of treatments involving filler, a personal consultation is the best way to establish cost. With that in mind, filler treatments start at $675 a syringe. This cost not only reflects the price of the product, but also the skill, knowledge and expertise of the medical injector. We do not price match.
Results are visible immediately after treatment. The healing process then begins, which involves swelling for about 3-7 days, depending on the amount of filler injected, the treatment area, and how your body reacts to the procedure. The product then settles, and you’ll enjoy your final results about 2-3 weeks after injections. Please allow at least 2 weeks before any events or vacations to avoid residual bruising and swelling.
Longevity differs from person to person and from treatment to treatment. Because the product is being injected into the body, some bodies may metabolize the product faster than others. See below for average longevity based on treatment:
Facial fillers are a temporary solution, and therefore to maintain results, treatments will need to be administered on a recurring basis (see longevity info above).
You can return to most of your regular activities right away. However, because bruising is possible, plan to schedule your treatment at least two weeks ahead of any special events or vacations.
